Complete Home Colour Consultation
Helping you create a harmonious colour scheme throughout your entire house. Covers everything from exterior colours to interior colours, including recommendations for other finishes such as trim and ceilings.
Furniture Arrangement/Space Plan
Planning out your space for future purchases or arranging your existing pieces to improve the flow of a room.

Staging
Studio35 Designs staging consultations include a comprehensive written report outlining neccessary steps to be taken for the exterior and interior of the home. You will recieve a detailed list of items that will cost you nothing but a little time and effort. An additional list of minor repairs or colour recommendations will be provided as well as an assessment of existing furnishings and accessories which will determine items to be selected, edited or rented to create a warm, inviting, spacious atmosphere.
This customized plan will provide you with all the information you need to complete the staging yourself. We can also provide you with a quote to complete as much or as little of the work required to complete the staging for you.
